MCKINLEY TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - The body of a 26-year-old Imlay City woman who was last seen jumping this weekend from a pleasure boat has been found in Saginaw Bay.

Huron County Sheriff Kelly Hanson says in a release that a diver brushed against Chelsea Younge’s body Monday morning on the bay’s silt-covered bottom.

An autopsy is scheduled to be performed Tuesday.

Dispatchers received a 911 call Saturday evening from a man on the boat. The man said he and three others aboard pulled multiple fishing lines and turned around to get her, but she slipped under the surface.

Poor visibility and darkness hampered search efforts Saturday. Divers also encountered poor water visibility and choppy conditions Sunday.
