CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - In contrast to the national picture, gas prices in New Hampshire have fallen 3.6 cents per gallon in the past week, to an average of $2.50.

Gasbuddy.com, which surveyed 875 gas stations in the state, says that’s 18 cents than the national average, which increased 8.5 cents per gallon to $2.68.

Gas prices in New Hampshire are nearly $1 lower than they were a year ago, and 19 cents per gallon lower than a month ago.

The national average is 9 cents per gallon lower than it was a month ago and 77.5 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
