CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) - Republican presidential hopeful Marco Rubio is coming to northern Nevada in two weeks for a multi-stop tour.

The Florida senator is kicking off his visit with a rally at the Peppermill casino in Reno the evening of Aug. 31.

He’ll visit the Carson City Community Center the next day at 10 a.m. before heading to Pioneer Crossing in Yerington at 2 p.m. and the Fallon Convention Center at 5:30 p.m.

Rubio most recently stopped in southern Nevada in July.

Lt. Gov. Mark Hutchison is chairing his campaign in Nevada.

The events are open to the public, but guests are asked to RSVP by emailing [email protected]
