WAUKESHA, Wis. (AP) - Waukesha police say they believe a suspect left a shoe behind at a homicide scene.

Forty-year-old Kevin J. Hueman was shot about 8:15 p.m. Friday in front of his home. The married father of a six-month-old child died at Waukesha Memorial Hospital.

The Waukesha Police Department said in a statement Monday that investigators believe a black Nike athletic shoe with a white swoosh outlined in green and a green sole that was left at the scene belongs to the shooter.

Police ask anyone with information on the shooting or the suspect to call 262-524-3926.
