PHILADELPHIA (AP) - A southern New Jersey millionaire who pleaded guilty to child pornography charges is heading to prison.

The Courier-Post (https://on.cpsj.com/1JfTDfa ) reports that 69-year-old Burton Gersh was sentenced Tuesday in federal court in Philadelphia to five years in prison and a $150,000 fine.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Michelle Morgan says the Cherry Hill resident has agreed to testify against an unnamed co-conspirator as part of his plea bargain.

Authorities said Gersh and 73-year-old Les Sidweber took sexually explicit pictures in their homes of two teenage girls who were in Philadelphia’s foster care system. Prosecutors say the girls were lured by Gersh’s “opulent home, gifts, alcohol, money, and most of all, attention.”

Sidweber was sentenced in a later hearing to four years in prison and a $50,000 fine. Both apologized for their actions.
