MIAMI (AP) - Authorities say the federal courthouse in Miami was locked down for about two hours because of a possible bomb threat.

The Miami Herald (https://goo.gl/s78p1C ) reports that a man was arrested Tuesday morning in the lobby of the Wilkie D. Ferguson U.S. Federal Courthouse. Officials say he told security guards he had placed a bomb in a package near the building’s front entrance.

After the package was inspected by local and federal authorities and then run through X-ray machine, visitors were once again allowed to enter and exit the building.
