WHEELING, W.Va. (AP) - A 51-year-old Saint Marys man has pleaded guilty to possessing material used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine.

Garland Samuel Butler pleaded guilty in federal court on Monday.

Butler was discovered in Pleasants County in possession of pseudoephedrine, an ingredient commonly used to manufacture methamphetamine.

He faces up to four years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 at sentencing.
