PROVO, Utah (AP) - Wildfires blazing across the Western states have left skies in Utah County looking a little hazy.

The Daily Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1hlQxAx ) Utah Department of Environmental Quality spokeswoman Donna Spangler says although there are few fires burning in Utah, much of the haze that has settled recently in the area is coming from large wildfires in neighboring states.

While the skies may look murky, Spangler says the conditions don’t raise major health concerns.

The air quality forecast for Utah County is expected to remain at moderate levels through Wednesday.
