HELENA, Mont. (AP) - Police in Great Falls have located an 18-month-old girl who was taken by her non-custodial mother.

Officers say 18-month-old Izellia Wojtowich (voy-TOH’-vych) was found safe in Great Falls at about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The Justice Department issued a missing person advisory for Izellia on Monday evening.

The girl’s 23-year-old mother, Marina Wojtowich, reportedly took her on Friday. Officials believed Izellia was in danger because her mother has a history of drug use, is transient, has no vehicle and no means to support the child.
