PITTSBURGH (AP) - A Pittsburgh man pleaded guilty to raping a minor and posting revenge pornography online after breaking up with his adult ex-girlfriend in January.

Thirty-three-year-old Dustin Moffat apologized before an Allegheny County judge sentenced him to three to six years in prison Wednesday.

Moffat pleaded guilty to rape, sexual abuse of children and other charges in the first case and unlawful dissemination of an intimate image and invasion of privacy in the second case. Other charges were dropped as part of a plea bargain.

A girl who was then 13 told police Moffat raped her during a “date” in 2011, then stalked her before raping her again when she was 14.

Police discovered the rape allegations after his ex-girlfriend reported the revenge pornography, which included explicit images of Moffat having sex with her and others, including the rape victim.
