PHOENIX (AP) - Police have identified two people who were found shot to death in a northwest Phoenix home.

Police spokesman Vince Lewis said Wednesday that 45-year-old Adela Garcia Hernandez and 25-year-old Juan Antonio Manjarrez-Camarillo were victims of a double homicide.

According to Lewis, a relative went to Hernandez’s home on Sunday night to check on her and found both victims dead.

Authorities believe the killings occurred sometime before 2 a.m. Sunday.

A vehicle belonging to Hernandez remains missing and police believe the 2006 white Jeep Cherokee has likely been abandoned somewhere in Phoenix.

Police did not release any information about possible suspects.
