MONROE, Pa. (AP) - Scottish police confirm remains found in a densely wooded area are a Pennsylvania woman who disappeared while on vacation three months ago.

Her husband said 61-year-old Susan Mclean of Monroe went for a walk after they argued on May 17.

Police Superintendent Graeme Murdoch told The Courier (https://bit.ly/1PlFT7e ) the remains were well off the track, through the trees.

Officials have not ruled on the cause of death, however they are not considering any “suspicious circumstances.” The case has been turned over to the public prosecutor in Scotland.

McClean was vacationing with her husband and two sons.
