CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - Police say a suspect in a bank robbery has been found dead of a drug overdose.

Authorities in Camden County say 36-year-old Michael Decarlo was found under the Interstage 676 overpass in Camden on Saturday morning.

They say numerous empty heroin bags were found on him and a medical examiner determined he died from an overdose.

Authorities say Decarlo was the suspect in a bank robbery in Bellmawr on Friday after stealing less than $300.

Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo said in a press release Friday that the suspect passed a demand note to a teller and fled. He did not show a weapon and no one was injured.
