TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - A Tucson man has been convicted of aggravated sexual abuse of a child.

Federal prosecutors say 48-year-old Christopher James Preston was found guilty by a U.S. District Court jury Tuesday.

Preston is being held after trial. His sentencing is set for Oct. 26 and he could be facing life in prison.

Prosecutors say Preston sexually abused a minor on the Tohono O’odham reservation in the summer of 1998.

At the time, Preston was the victim’s Little League baseball coach.
