COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Police in central Ohio say a 20-year-old man is the third and final suspect identified in the robbery and fatal shooting of a pizza delivery driver who took an order to a property that turned out to be vacant.

Columbus police say Latrell Deshawn Richey was arrested Tuesday night. He was in jail with no attorney information available.

Eighteen-year-old Sir Jeffrey Scott Carroll Jr. and A 13-year-old boy already had been charged in the July 30 robbery and killing of James Flannery.

Officers found the 59-year-old Flannery while responding to a reported traffic accident. They say it appears Flannery fled in his vehicle after being robbed and shot but then crashed in an intersection in the southeast suburbs.
