SAN DIEGO (AP) - Four men have been caught parachuting off the Coronado Bridge in San Diego.

The San Diego Union-Tribune (https://bit.ly/1gZoaY0 ) reports Thursday that a police officer was driving on the bridge when he saw the men jumping into the water 200 feet below.

They were then picked up by a getaway boat after the Wednesday night jump and questioned by San Diego Harbor police. The boat operator was cited for speed limit violations.

Police say one of the jumpers said he was in the Navy, the other three said they were from a skydiving company.

A Navy spokesman said the incident was being investigated.

No one was injured during the stunt.

It’s not clear whether the men will be charged or cited for the leap.
