WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - The State Fire Marshal’s office says a fire that heavily damaged a truck and a story building in Wilmington was arson.

Assistant State Fire Marshal Michael Chionchio says the blaze was reported about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on the former Pike Creek Golf Course. When firefighters arrived, the building was engulfed in flames.

No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $15,000.

Chionchio says someone ignited materials inside the truck, causing the fire.
