MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Federal agents say a man wanted in connection with a shooting in Memphis has been found hiding in an attic in Indiana.

U.S. Marshals Service spokesman Seth Bruce says Dyterious Owens was arrested Wednesday on an attempted murder charge and 14 counts of aggravated assault.

Bruce says several people were inside homes that were sprayed by bullets on July 26 in Memphis. One person was shot.

The marshals service says the suspect was tracked to Indianapolis, where he was found hiding in an attic in a home.

Owens is awaiting extradition in Indianapolis.
