BREMERTON, Wash. (AP) - The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 30-year-old man in the fatal shooting of a woman and a 2-year-old boy at a mobile home park last March.

The Kitsap Sun reports (https://is.gd/tfftb7 ) Geraldo Castro DeJesus was arrested Thursday at his job at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. He was being held on $2 million bail for investigation of first-degree murder and first-degree assault.

Heather Kelso and her roommate’s toddler son, Kaden Lum, were shot to death at the Kariotis Mobile Home Park. A visiting neighbor was also shot but survived.

Kelso had obtained a restraining order against DeJesus on March 5. The order indicates that they had a child together. The boy’s mother, Jalisa Lum, was also at the home but wasn’t hurt.

Kitsap County Sheriff Gary Simpson said Dejesus was considered a suspect from the beginning.

It wasn’t immediately clear if he has a lawyer. He was scheduled to appear in court Friday.
