REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say a woman who pretended to a victim in a home invasion helped plan the crime with the two suspects.

Troopers say 23-year-old Cory Bynaker of Smyrna was with an acquaintance watching a movie in his home in Rehoboth Beach early Tuesday. Officers say two men entered the home and demanded items from the man while threatening him with a hammer.

Police say the victim gave the men the items and the men fled. Authorities say an investigation found that Bynaker knew the suspects in the home invasion and had helped plan the crime.

Bynaker and 36-year-old Christopher Bacon of Smyrna were both charged with robbery, home invasion and other offenses. Troopers are looking for a third suspect, 24-year-old Mark Jenkins Jr. of Clayton.
