ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) - More than 30,000 people attended a Rascal Flatts concert on the beach in Atlantic City.

Thursday’s show followed a Maroon 5 concert on Sunday that drew more than 50,000.

The Grammy-winning country trio started their performance with “Stand” and a couple got engaged on stage at one point in the show. Rascal Flatts dedicated its next song, “Bless the Broken Road,” to their first dance.

Atlantic City Alliance director Jeff Guaracino tells The Press of Atlantic City (https://bit.ly/1gZXHJR ) the concerts achieved two goals of generating revenue and giving visitors a great experience.
