MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - A gun advocacy group says the number of Minnesotans who hold concealed-carry permits has passed 200,000.

The Gun Owners Civil Rights Alliance cited data released by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety.

The Star Tribune reports (https://strib.mn/1MCPPKh ) the data shows a growing number of women and people younger than 50 hold such permits.
