PORT ARTHUR, Texas (AP) - The Coast Guard is restricting shipping along a section of the Neches River near Port Arthur after a towboat capsized.

A Coast Guard statement says all four crew members of the towing vessel Louise were rescued uninjured by the crew of a nearby tugboat after the 6:45 p.m. Friday accident.

Crews report a minimal sheen on the river surface at the scene, but the Louise has the potential to release 6,000 gallons of fuel oil, 70 gallons of lubricant oil, and 30 gallons of hydraulic fluid. Coast Guard personnel are on the scene assessing damage and impact to the waterway.

The Coast Guard is investigating to determine the cause of the capsize, and vessels have been asked to avoid the scene.
