GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - The National Weather Service says that residents of eastern North Dakota may be dealing with some severe weather on Saturday, mainly in the mid-afternoon.

Greg Gust with the service’s Grand Forks office says the primary risk is for large hail and damaging winds, An isolated tornado or two is also possible.

Gust suggests that residents check the Weather Service’s web page and social media posts for updates throughout the day on Saturday.
