OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The office of Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin says the body of state Labor Commissioner Mark Costello will lie in repose in the rotunda of the state Capitol on Thursday.

A brief announcement from Fallin’s office said the body will be at the Capitol from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., on the second floor. Visitors are asked to use the southeastern entrance to the Capitol.

Costello died Sunday night.

The state medical examiner’s office on Tuesday ruled that Costello died from stab wounds to the neck and classified the death as a homicide.

One of Costello’s sons, 26-year-old Christian Costello, is being held in his father’s death. Police say the two men argued at a restaurant and that the younger man pulled out a large kitchen knife and attacked his father.
