WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) - A third person has been arrested in connection with what police say was a drug-related fatal shooting in Worcester earlier this month.

The Telegram & Gazette reports that Simon Holley was held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for Friday after pleading not guilty Tuesday to charges including armed robbery in connection with the Aug. 16 shooting death of 24-year-old Shane Bennett.

Two other men are already being held on firearms, drug and robbery charges in connection with Bennett’s death that police say occurred during a marijuana deal.

Police say Holley and Bennett tried to rob another man, who pulled a gun and opened fire.

Holley’s lawyer to the impoundment the statement of facts and any police reports contained in Holley’s court file.
