MESA, Ariz. (AP) - A Chandler man has been arrested for allegedly selling tickets to concerts and sporting events online and then not delivering them.

Maricopa County authorities say 41-year-old Mark T. Tracy had his initial court appearance Thursday and was released on his own recognizance.

He doesn’t have an attorney yet.

Tracy was taken into custody Tuesday on suspicion of fraudulent schemes and artifices and several counts of theft by misrepresentation.

Authorities say Tracy placed Craigslist ads offering tickets as well as parking passes and drink vouchers to big-name concerts or sporting events in Arizona and other states.

Angry customers say Tracy charged hundreds of dollars for Taylor Swift and Luke Bryan concert tickets and seats for Phoenix Suns’ NBA games and Chicago Blackhawks’ NHL games and then never delivered them.
