Orangeburg County sheriff’s spokesman Richard Walker said in a statement that 30-year-old Nazdric Gates of Mount Airy, North Carolina, was arrested Tuesday night in Colorado Springs.

Walker said Gates is charged with murder and three counts of attempted murder in South Carolina. He also faces a weapons charge.

Gates is charged in the Aug. 16 shooting death of 22—year-old Christavious Darby, as well as the wounding of three other men at the club.
