JACKSON, Wyo. (AP) - A judge has sealed court files in a case involving a 15-year-old boy accused of molesting a toddler at his mother’s day care in Teton County.

The Jackson Hole News & Guide reports (https://bit.ly/1PCUWcW ) that District Judge Marvin Tyler ordered the entire case file sealed on Tuesday.

Tyler will soon decide whether the boy accused of molesting a 3-year-old at his mother’s day care will continue being tried as an adult or take a second trip through Wyoming’s juvenile justice system.

That hearing will be sealed as well.

No further information about the case will be available to the public, including the resolution.

The boy is being held at a juvenile detention center in Idaho.
