PITTSBURGH (AP) - Pittsburgh police have questioned four teens they say ran from a car that was ditched in the Monongahela River after a 16-year-old boy was shot in the arm.

Police say the wounded teen was taken to UPMC Mercy hospital in a private vehicle after the shooting about 4:15 p.m. Thursday. His arm was grazed and police spokeswoman Sonya Toler say he has not been cooperating with investigators.

City police, River Rescue crews and others found the car ditched in the Monongahela River a short time after the shooting.

Four juveniles who were seen running from the car have been questioned, but no charges have been filed.

Police weren’t releasing the names of any of those involved as the investigation continued Friday.
