GREEN RIVER, Wyo. (AP) - A woman who pleaded no contest to second-degree murder will be sentenced in the death of her infant daughter.

The Rock Springs Rocket-Miner reports (https://bit.ly/1hJynZr) 4-month-old Susan Triplett died in September 2014 of cardiac arrest caused by malnutrition and dehydration. 25-year-old Amanda Triplett had pleaded not guilty to charges in November but pleaded no contest on Thursday in a plea deal.

She will be sentenced at a later date.

The deal says Triplett may have to testify against her husband Jacob, who has pleaded not guilty to charges including first-degree murder.

Court records say medical attention was not sought for Susan and her premature twin sister in the four months after their births. Police say the surviving twin, the couple’s other child and Amanda’s son all bore signs of abuse.
