MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Hockey moms are wanted for a Minnesota reality TV show set to debut this winter.

Producers at McCally-Lee Entertainment are looking for “colorful” hockey moms and “fun, dramatic” families from the State of Hockey.

An initial casting call for “Hockey Moms” was held in spring 2014. But since then, producers say they want “more relevant” moms - and their hockey-loving families - who would be available for a fall shooting schedule.

Online casting calls will end Sept. 9. Candidates can apply at www.hockeymom.tv .

“Hockey Moms” is set to premiere Dec. 26 on 45TV (KSTC-TV) in the Twin Cities, KAAL-TV in Rochester-Austin and MY 9 Sports Network in Duluth-Superior. The season one finale will be shown on March 5, before the Minnesota State High School Boys AA Hockey Championship telecast.
