ROANOKE, W.Va. (AP) - The Division of Natural Resources says a fisherman drowned at Stonewall Jackson Lake after he fell from a boat.

The DNR tells media outlets that the 68-year-old man’s boat had motor trouble. The man lost his balance and fell overboard while trying to start the motor.

The man was fishing with his grandson when the accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon. He hasn’t been identified.
