MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. (AP) - Divers searching a pond failed to find any sign of a young man who disappeared in 2007 after a concert at Central Michigan University.

Augustine Floyd, known as “Auggie,” was 18 when he disappeared. Frank Cloutier, spokesman for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe, says “nothing was found” during a search Wednesday in Mount Pleasant.

The pond, 20 feet deep, is on private property.

Family members say Floyd was riding in a 1995 Cadillac DeVille on the day he disappeared. He was attending a T-Pain concert nearby at the Central Michigan campus.

Cloutier tells The Saginaw News (https://bit.ly/1KRCQT6 ) that the tribe will follow up on “every lead and tip.”
