ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. (AP) - The Rock Springs City Council says more work is needed on a proposed rule to prohibit clothing or tattoos with profane or inflammatory language at the local recreation center.

The council on Tuesday suggested to Rock Springs Parks and Recreation Director Dave Lansang that the proposal needs clarification.

The Rock Springs Rocket-Miner reports (https://bit.ly/1MaQx2K) that council members say there needs to be a clear policy on how any such a rule will be enforced.

Lansang says users of the Rock Springs Recreation Center have been voicing concern about obscenities for about the last year.
