GUTHRIE, Okla. (AP) - Logan County authorities say a man facing drug charges ran from the county courthouse in Guthrie, but was later arrested after being found trying to hide inside an apartment.

Det. Greg Valencia says 34-year-old Brandon Lamont Miller was in Logan County drug court as part of a plea agreement on a charge of possessing a controlled dangerous substance without a prescription. Valencia says when Miller learned he would be jailed for failing drug tests, he ran from the courtroom.

Deputies chased Miller to an apartment complex where he was seen going into an apartment.

Valencia says deputies and Guthrie police found Miller hiding in a bedroom and took him into custody.
