LOCKPORT, N.Y. (AP) - Jury selection is underway for a Florida man charged with fatally shooting two men outside a western New York motorcycle club last year.

Andre Jenkins of Deland, Florida, faces two murder charges in a Niagara County court in the killings of 36-year-old Daniel Szymanski (ZIH’-man-skee) of Getzville and 38-year-old of Paul Maue (mow) of Buffalo.

Authorities say the 36-year-old Jenkins shot the two men early on the morning of Sept. 6 as they sat in a car parked outside the Kingsmen clubhouse in North Tonawanda, just north of Buffalo. Jenkins was arrested Nov. 8 near Savannah, Georgia.

Seven jurors were chosen Tuesday. Jury selection resumes Wednesday, with opening statements expected Thursday.

Investigators believe the men were killed as a result of an ongoing power struggle within the biker club. Jenkins has been linked to the Kingsmen.
