SOCIAL CIRCLE, Ga. (AP) - Georgia wildlife officials are making this year’s guide on hunting seasons and regulations available online and in print.

The Georgia Department of Natural Resources’ Wildlife Resources Division says the 2015-2016 Georgia Hunting Seasons and Regulations Guide is available starting this month.

The guide provides information on season dates, bag limits, hunting licenses, wildlife management areas, quota hunts and opportunities for young people.

Hunters can get a printed copy at Wildlife Resources Division offices and license vendors throughout the state or they can download it online.

Wildlife officials say the major changes to hunting regulations include the establishment of a uniform statewide deer season additional counties in the northern and southern zones for bear season, increasing the alligator quota from 850 to 1,000 and extending alligator season.
