VICKSBURG, Miss. (AP) - A Warren County man has surrendered after being accused of driving under the influence during a crash that killed two people in May.

The Vicksburg Post (https://bit.ly/1eUvWB4 ) reports that 31-year-old Joseph White of Vicksburg was indicted in July by a grand jury on two counts of aggravated DUI causing injury or death in connection with the May 8 crash in Warren County that killed 56-year-old William Raney and 52-year-old John Raney.

Sheriff Martin Pace says White surrendered Monday at the Warren County Sheriff’s office.

The indictment against White does not list his blood alcohol level at the time of the crash.

If convicted, White faces between five and 25 years in prison for each count against him. It is not clear if White has an attorney.
