LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - A 36-year-old man has been accused of chasing a woman and man with a butcher knife outside of an apartment in Lincoln.

Lincoln police say Gaye Jackson was arrested following the incident Monday on the city’s north side. He faces several charges, including two counts of terroristic threats and second-degree domestic assault.

Court records do not list an attorney for Jackson.

Officer Katie Flood says Jackson went to the home of the woman, whom he knows, and become upset. He is accused of finding the butcher knife in the kitchen and chasing the 23-year-old woman and her 26-year-old boyfriend. There were also two toddlers in the home.

The Lincoln Journal Star reports (https://bit.ly/1SvnpD1 ) Jackson had a small cut on his hand at the time of his arrest.
