BOONEVILLE, Miss. (AP) - A Prentiss County tattoo artist has been arrested on charges he had inappropriate contact with two teenagers while giving them a tattoo.

Booneville Police Chief Michael Ramey tells WTVA TV (https://bit.ly/1QaLznf) 30-year-old Jeremy Walls, of Guntown, is charged with two counts of enticement of a child and two counts of touching a child for lustful purposes.

Ramey says the incident apparently happened while he was tattooing two 15-year-old girls.

The Mississippi Department of Health suspended Walls’ license to operate because state law prohibits tattooing any person under the age of 18.

He faces a formal hearing on the future of his license on December 15.

Walls is free on a $40,000 bond.

Online jail records do not list an attorney for Walls.
