BEATRICE, Neb. (AP) - Three people injured in a camper explosion at a Beatrice park remain hospitalized.

The Beatrice Daily Sun reports (https://bit.ly/1SU7xu6 ) that the three - including a toddler - all remained in critical condition at a Lincoln hospital Friday afternoon.

Authorities have not yet released the names of the three, but say the victims are two adults and a 2-year-old child.

The blast happened shortly before 6 p.m. Thursday, and officials say all three suffered serious upper body burn injuries that are possibly life-threatening. The 2-year-old suffered third-degree burns to the face and a 62-year-old woman suffered third-degree burns all over her body.

At least half of the camper was affected, with one side blown off. The Nebraska State Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the explosion.
