MORRISTOWN, Tenn. (AP) - A Morristown man is accused of illegally selling moonshine and prescription medication.

According to news reports, Marvin Lee Brady was arrested Friday after selling five gallons of untaxed alcohol and 54 Valium tablets.

Investigators also found four jars of moonshine in Brady’s home. He is charged with possession of untaxed liquor and Schedule IV drugs.

Brady is free on a $17,500 bond. No number was listed for Brady in a phone directory.

Agents also arrested Douglas Epps, who lives near Brady and was storing his still.

Epps told WVLT-TV he did not know it was illegal to have the still. He says Brady told him he was trying to sell it and asked him to store it.

Epps was cited and released on charges of possessing a still.
