CINCINNATI (AP) - The Bengals are telling county officials in Cincinnati that the team’s 15-year-old stadium may be due for a makeover.

The Cincinnati Enquirer (https://cin.ci/1QATIBz ) says the team asked Hamilton County officials this week to begin a review of Paul Brown Stadium’s condition.

The team’s letter doesn’t lay out any specific requests but does say that several other NFL stadiums have been spruced up in recent years.

The Bengals have a 30-year stadium lease with the county.

Hamilton County and the team already have paid for upgrades including expanded locker rooms and a $10 million scoreboard.

A team official says the Bengals want independent design experts to take a look at the stadium and recommend improvements.
