FOUR OAKS, N.C. (AP) - Three people have been arrested in Four Oaks after an ongoing drug investigation called “Operation Crackdown.”

The Four Oaks Police Department tells WTVD-TV (https://abc11.tv/1McAN9T) the arrests were made Sunday evening, and the investigation had been going on since early November. Police say that after arresting suspected drug dealer Penny Renfrow Johnson in October, they developed additional leads.

Officers executed search warrants in three locations at two apartment complexes. They arrested Christopher Conway Williams Jr., Jonathan Judkins and Joseph Bell. All three face numerous charges for possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a dwelling for selling and delivering marijuana.

Police say several undercover drug buys were captured on video and audio tape, which helped them secure warrants.
