SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - Police say a 41-year-old man is recovering after he was stabbed during a fight at a Syracuse bar where there were reports of shots fired outside after the brawl.

Officers say they were called around 12:30 a.m. Sunday to Moxy’s bar on Geddes Street for a report of a stabbing and shots fired.

When officers arrived they found a man had been stabbed in the chest, back and arm.

He was taken to Upstate University Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

During the fight, many of the patrons left the bar and went into the parking lot, where there were reports of shots being fired. Police say no one was injured by gunfire.

Police say they’re seeking a man who was involved in the stabbing.
