BROCKTON, Mass. (AP) - Two Massachusetts men are accused of having bomb-making materials and other explosive devices.

Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz says a grand jury on Wednesday indicted 37-year-old Joseph Brennan and 27-year-old Benjamin Young on multiple counts of possession of incendiary devices and materials.

Prosecutors say in April, Quincy police found Brennan suffering severe burns following a single car accident in which there was an explosion.

Subsequent searches at Brennan’s home in Norwell turned up additional bomb-making components, including several completed explosive devices. It also led investigators to Young, who had more explosive materials at his Hingham residence.

Officials believe there were no intended targets and the public was not in any danger.

The men will be arraigned at a later date. It could not immediately be determined if they had lawyers.
