WASHINGTON (AP) - Metro says weekend work will affect riders traveling on the red line.

Metro says that starting at 10 p.m. on Friday and continuing through the system’s closing on Sunday, red line trains will operate every 15 minutes.

Trains will share a single track between the Judiciary Square and NoMa-Gallaudet stations in order to allow for work.

Metro says trains on the orange, silver, blue, yellow and green lines will operate at regular weekend intervals.
