CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - It’s been too warm for snow, but police and transportation officials are going to discuss winter driving safety in New Hampshire.

They’re gathering at the Transportation Department headquarters on Friday to talk about dealing with plow trucks on the road.

The department notes that last year, 21 state police cruisers and 28 state plow trucks were struck by drivers on New Hampshire highways while trying to keep the roads safe during the winter. They say it’s time to think about adjusting driving habits during the winter months.
