TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Police in Tulsa say an argument about a woman ended with a man shot to death in the parking lot of a Tulsa apartment complex and that officers are searching for a “person of interest” for questioning.

Sgt. David Walker says officers were called about 10:30 a.m. Saturday to north Tulsa where they found a 33-year-old man dead in the apartment parking lot. The man’s name was not immediately released.

Walker says police want to talk with 34-year-old Mario Jermica Faulk about the shooting and have spoken to him by phone, but that he refused to surrender. Walker said Faulk is considered armed and dangerous.

Faulk is described as the boyfriend of the woman and the dead man as the father of the woman’s child.
